Can I see my website while it is being built?

Yes. We can provide access so you can review the website during the design and development process. You may also share feedback and suggestions while the website is being built.

Can I request changes to the final website without extra cost?

During the design phase, we will work with you on the layout and design direction. Revisions are included while the website is under construction, based on the agreed project scope.

Additional changes outside the original agreement or after project completion may require an extra fee.

Can Website168 update my old website?

In many cases, we recommend building a new website instead of updating an old one. Older websites may have outdated technology, design limitations, slow performance, security vulnerabilities, limited scalability, and higher maintenance costs.

Sometimes, updating an old website can cost the same as, or even more than, building a new website from scratch.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Once your website is completed and delivered, you will have full ownership of your website.

What are the benefits of having a website?

A website helps your business build a strong online presence, attract new customers, showcase your services, improve credibility, and establish your brand identity. In today’s digital world, having a professional website is important for business growth.

How much is the deposit?

For website design or development projects, the deposit is typically 50% of the total project cost. For promotional or monthly service projects, the deposit is usually equal to the first month’s service fee.

Can I get a refund after paying a deposit?

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless both parties agree otherwise. Once a project begins, time and resources are used for planning, preparation, design, and communication.

Design is a subjective process. If you are not fully satisfied with the initial direction, we can continue improving the design through communication and revisions. However, after the deposit is received and work has started, the deposit is generally not refundable.
