For a standard business website with 4 to 5 pages, it can usually be completed within 3 to 4 working days if all required materials are ready on time.
How much does a website project cost?
The cost depends on the website structure, business type, features, and project requirements. We currently have a $99 website offer available.
When will I receive the copyrights to my new website?
Once the completed website is delivered to you, you will receive full ownership rights to your website.
Do you offer website content writing services?
Yes. Our content writing team can create suitable content based on your business type, industry, and service needs. If you already have specific content, you are welcome to provide it, and we can add it to your website.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is the service that stores your website files and makes your website accessible online 24/7. It allows visitors to view your website through your domain name.
Does the website package include a mobile version?
Yes. All websites we create include a mobile-friendly version. A responsive mobile website is essential because many customers browse websites from their phones.
Do you provide online food ordering or delivery features?
Yes. We can provide online reservation and online ordering features for restaurants. We may also offer a free tablet, and there is no percentage commission charged for food delivery orders.

Can I see my website while it is being built?

Can I request changes to the final website without extra cost?

Additional changes outside the original agreement or after project completion may require an extra fee.
Can Website168 update my old website?
In many cases, we recommend building a new website instead of updating an old one. Older websites may have outdated technology, design limitations, slow performance, security vulnerabilities, limited scalability, and higher maintenance costs.
Sometimes, updating an old website can cost the same as, or even more than, building a new website from scratch.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your website is completed and delivered, you will have full ownership of your website.

How much is the deposit?
For website design or development projects, the deposit is typically 50% of the total project cost. For promotional or monthly service projects, the deposit is usually equal to the first month’s service fee.
Can I get a refund after paying a deposit?
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless both parties agree otherwise. Once a project begins, time and resources are used for planning, preparation, design, and communication.
Design is a subjective process. If you are not fully satisfied with the initial direction, we can continue improving the design through communication and revisions. However, after the deposit is received and work has started, the deposit is generally not refundable.
